I have ordered the wrong thing. What do I do?
No problemo! You need to email us toot sweet if we have got any chance of catching your order, whizzing through our office.

What do I do if I receive my order and it is wrong?
Well this would be a rare event, because we try so hard to make every gift delivery PERFECT!
If on the very odd chance that this does happen, best that you send us a mail note to email@example.com and include your order number and some details about the error! We will sort this out for you. Super fast!
What should I do if my products are damaged?
If your delivery arrives and the products are damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the broken or damaged products. This is not good at all. We will happily send out a replacement as soon as possible along with a sincere apology and request for forgiveness.
