Here's Papaya Cleanse Smoothie recipe from page 95 to try:
1.5 cups of Red Papaya
1 cup Almond Milk
2 thirds of a cup of blackberries
125ml Coconut yoghurt
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of papaya seeds
2 teaspoons of fresh ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon of manuka honey
6 ice cubes
Combine, blend until smooth and enjoy!
